We are pleased to welcome exciting, young talent, Ben Collins to the Essity for the remainder of the season. Ben is a wingback who has joined on loan from Salford City, where he has been playing for their U21’s.
Manager Lee Fowler commented, “I’m delighted to be able to bring in Ben from Salford. He has great attacking qualities, and is very quick, and I’m sure he will be able to open up things for us in the final third. After speaking to Chris Casper and Danny Rose (current Salford Academy Head Coach) and having watched him myself, I’m confident he will be a good fit for us and add to our group. I would also like to extend my thanks to both Danny and Ross Duncan from Salford for making this move happen, and I’m sure it will be really beneficial to all parties. And we look forward to further strengthening the relationship between both clubs in the future”
