Our exciting young talent, Ben Hughes, who came through the club’s Academy system is the first of last season’s squad to be announced on our retained list.
Ben told us “I had a good, strong, second half to last season and am now keen to kick on for the new season. It was an easy decision to stay, and I’m looking forward to the challenge of playing in the Cymru Premier. Hopefully I can play my part and make a strong contribution to the team”
Ben, of course, was recently voted our Young Player of the Season for the last campaign, so we’re sure all Flint fans will be delighted with the news that he has agreed to stay with us, and we wish him every success for the new season ahead.
