Dan Davies, Cam Ferguson & Kenny Imariagbe depart the club

By Nigel Sheen
As well as arrivals during the January transfer window there are inevitably some departures, and we can confirm that Dan Davies, Cameron Ferguson and Kenny Imariagbe have all left the club. We would like to extend out thanks to all three for their efforts whilst they were here and wish them all the best in their future careers.
Dan suffered a bad ACL injury in pre season at the start of the 2024/25 season, meaning he was only able to make a cameo appearance in the final game of that season when he came on as a substitute. He began his career with Wrexham, where he signed his first contract in 2021, penning a three-year agreement. As he continued his journey back to full fitness following his injury, he made 13 appearances for Flint in the current campaign, including 3 starts. However, it was felt by both parties that he really needs more playing time to achieve his full potential once again, and so it was agreed to terminate his contract to allow him to make a move elsewhere. He has now made the move to Denbigh Town in the Cymru North, and we wish him every success with his new club.
Similarly, both Cameron Ferguson and Kenny Imariagbe have terminated their contracts as they look to get more game time, having been unable to command regular places in Lee Fowler’s line ups. Cam has made the move to fellow Cymru Premier side Bala Town, and could well feature for the opposition in tomorrow night’s game !
