Our opening game of the new season sees us travel to Colwyn Bay in the 2nd round of the Nathaniel MG League Cup. This will be Lee Fowler’s first competitive game in charge of Flint, and our second visit to Colwyn Bay in a fortnight, with the Seagulls having won 3-1 in a pre-season friendly in the previous encounter. With the Bay one of the strongly fancied sides to gain promotion to tier 1, this will be a stern test for Fowler’s new look Flint side, who have precious little time to gel.
