It’s a quick rematch between the Silkmen and the Seasiders tomorrow at the Essity, both sides having played each other last weekend in the Nathaniel MG Cup. Prestatyn came out on top on that occasion, winning the tie 4-1 on penalties after the sides were deadlocked at 1-1 at full time.
Lee Fowler will go into this one hoping to make it two league wins from two, and will be boosted by the fact that he has an almost full squad to choose from, with only Tom Hilditch absent through suspension.
All outstanding international clearances have been received, and Joe Beswick and Kieran Mills are available for selection. Also, summer signing Joe Williams may be in line to make his first appearance for the club, having regained fitness following an injury which has kept him sidelined during pre-season and the first couple of games of the new season.
