Tonight Lee Fowler’s Silkmen travel to The Oval, Caernarfon in a 6th v 7th encounter, both sides only separated on goal difference.
Caernarfon have a couple of key players suspended for the game, with their playmaker Darren Thomas and attacker Rob Hughes both missing out.
Our last meeting was at the end of last season in the Play Off final, with the Canaries eventually winning the tie in extra time.
Both sides enjoyed wins last weekend in the Welsh Cup, although neither side have won a league game for a number of weeks, and so have consequently dropped down the pecking order in the league table.
Flint manager Lee Fowler will be looking to boost his goal return ratio, with his side averaging just 1.3 goals per game in their 9 league matches thus far, and may elect to start Okera Simmonds, who has appeared from the bench in the last couple of games, after recovering from injury.
The game kicks off at 7-45pm and updates will be provided via the club’s Twitter account.
