Tomorrow we return to the Essity for what will be our third consecutive Flintshire derby at home. After previously facing Holywell and Airbus, Buckley Town will be the latest Flintshire visitors. The Stags have recently had an upsurge in form, following a transition of their managerial team, and come into the game on the back of two away wins, one in the league and one in the Welsh Cup, each time winning 3-2. Their success at Ruthin, last weekend, however, came at a cost, as they had two players sent off, player coach Asa Hamilton, and goalkeeper Louis Downey. Downey himself had only come on earlier in the game to replace injured regular keeper Ryan Goldston. So Buckley ended the match having three different players between the sticks !
We had a free weekend last week, something that at least gave our injured players some valuable extra recovery time. So much so, that Jake Phillips, Elliott Reeves and Sol Forde may all be back in contention for this game, which will give Lee Fowler a nice dilemma to have, as he has to decide what, if any, changes to make to the starting line up that performed so well at Denbigh last time out.
Kick Off at the Essity Stadium is 2-30pm, and cost of admission is £8 for Adults, £5 for Seniors, £2 for Juniors. Our printed match day programme will also be available for £2.
