Tomorrow we entertain Newtown in our final league match of the season, and will look to follow up on our fine win at Penybont on Easter Monday and sign off in front of our fans in style. Depending on other results, a victory could see us finish as high as fourth. which would be a tremendous achievement.
Our visitors have themselves enjoyed an excellent campaign and are secure in third place, which may be good enough to get them a European qualifying spot.
Injuries to key players continue to hamper our preparations, but Alex Jones will be available following his 3 game suspension, ironically incurred as a result of his sending off against Newtown in the reverse phase 2 fixture. However, Dan Roberts will mass out as he serves a one game suspension.
Please note it’s an early kick off at the Essity Stadium tomorrow, as all games in the league start simultaneously at 12-45pm.
