A former Liverpool Youth and Academy player, who also captained England at U18 level, joined as as a free agent and has signed an 18 month contract with the club. The young centre back started with Liverpool Youth before progressing into their U18 and U21 teams, but a series of injuries then curtailed his career with the Reds and he was released at the end of last season.
