A predominantly left sided player, Mikey spent the first half of last season with Prestatyn Town, scoring two goals in 13 league appearances for the Seasiders, before making the move to the Essity Stadium during the transfer window. Although he had to be patient in terms of first team appearances, he was a vital part of the squad, and looks to play a more prominent role in a wing back position for the current season, now that he has had time to acclimatise to the type of football Lee Fowler wants to play.
