Ticket Sales
All tickets are non-refundable with the exception of:
Cancellation
In the event of match cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket. This may not include booking fees you may have incurred.
If you paid less than the value of the ticket – for example if you received a discount – you are only entitled to a refund of the discounted amount.
Event Rescheduled
If a match is rescheduled, your tickets are still valid. We will give you reasonable notice of the rescheduling via email. In the event that you do not receive notification, you may be entitled to a refund for the cost of your ticket.
You Cannot Attend
If you can no longer attend an event, but it wasn’t because the event was cancelled or rescheduled, you will not be issued a refund.
If you are not admitted to the event
If when you arrive or during the event you are denied entry or removed from the premises due to:
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Counterfeit tickets
- Health and safety legislation that you have broken if you are too drunk
Cancellation during the match
If the match is cancelled during the match, due to unforeseen circumstances. The tickets will not be refundable, however, we may reissue the tickets if the event is rescheduled. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
