Harry impressed manager Lee Fowler with some of his performances for the club’s Academy team last season, and he had no hesitation in elevating him to the 1st team squad for the current campaign, citing the adage “if you’re good enough, then you’re old enough”.
Still only 16, Harry was thrust into a central midfield role in Saturday’s opening game against Denbigh, making his full debut, and acquitted himself extremely well in the 2-1 win.
